Taste
Soft and balanced notes of vanilla from an artisanal production environment. Predominant flavors of cooked pineapple, agave honey and candied nuts. A subtle and elegant finish.
Scent
Aromas of fresh fruit and caramelized agave are perceived. Secondary aromas are medium smoky mesquite and light herbal tones. The tertiary aromas are from cooking and from the land typical of the region.
View
It is perceived with a soft bodied density and crystalline appearance that can be seen through the crystal tearing and bubbles characteristic of a good and authentic mezcal.
